I have it working on mine. I do have the 7" DIS display but not virtual cockpit. I got errors to begin with but toggling the option off then on resolved.

I've never reset my long term from new, that's how I know. You should have short term [Start of each trip] / long term [total accumulative] measurements on the DIS/Virtual cockpit.

Fitted mine myself. Yes, drilling involved and front wheels needed to come off. Took about an hour to do all four. There isn't anything particularly difficult really. Do they make a difference?
