Not really a sad day when said audi tech left audi over a year ago (y).

Depends on what mileage you do per month as to what the rate the oil should be burnt at. from what i remember the 2.0l Petrol's have an issue with piston rings or a seal or two internally that cause it.
As for upgrade turbo, you will probably first off need a remap to configure it properly...
Hit up EM tuning guy called T8ups. he made me a projector kit with shrouds (look like they are RS4 conversions). with 6000k fast start bulbs and units.

personally i wouldnt get a 2.0l and i have always told people not to go there with them for that fact of the balance shaft issue.

you must know more about audi's and how the snub mount works while knowing what it actually does more than the designer does then (y), I'm not going to argue with you if that's what you want to think go ahead... but you are wrong.
Price to performance yes its probably worth it... as for handling? the snub mount makes no change to the cars "handling" what so ever.
The snub mount is there only and soul purpose is to make sure the engine stays aligned to the rest of the drivetrain. which also isolates driver and engine...
I can confirm this isn't actually entirely true. mines a dirty derv and I get 0 vibration atall and I have uprated engine and gearbox mounts to match the snub mount.
