go for it m8,.... ive seen much worse damaged cars repaired by there owners... as stated it looks straight to me apart from the obvious front panel damage
I've had a crash, gutted.

If it was me... I would strip the front end down, put all the bad parts to one side and price up replacements from a breakers or ebay. Work out if what it is going to cost you is worth it. If not, either sell the car as is, or carry on stripping it for parts and moving them on.
I hope you get it sorted and I am glad you are both ok!
If you do decide to break the car, give me a shout as I will be interested in a few parts.

Just an update, we have had the engine running, gearbox selecting all gears, got a broken engine mount and broken gearbox mount, and power steering pump, the rest most have you have pointed out! So good news so far, just trying my best to get hold of the parts I need.

theres a blue 2.0fsi on ebay spares or repairs 400 complete car angine failed all panels look ok though

Hi all, appologies for the late reply, i have my car back on the road, its taken a while but i got there.
Still runs like a dream, very lucky to have no rattles or creaks.
Also the tracking is still perfect, been back in it for around 2 weeks now so just checking things over and keeping an eye out for uneven tyre wear etc,
But, touch wood, all seems to be good.
I will upload pics later of what she looks like now.

How much did you have to pay in total to fix it all as it looks like a fair bit of damage??

ouch, if of any use I,m breaking my 2002 A4 b6 1.8t, {cracked engine block} got most front end parts. although i have sold the front bumper/crash bar and o/s headlamp and radiators/fans. it's dolphin grey colour so bonnet would need painting, so if you want send me a pm , can post parts easily.
