Car Play Retrofit

I came across this video on youtube...



The guy is based in Singapore and I've sent him an email. Anybody seen this done by any UK retrofitters? I'm guessing it's going to be expensive though. Might just stick with my phone holder.

Unless it was made in Germany or the UK I wouldn't fit something like this. Not worth the risk or cost.
Concept and idea is great.
I use the apple play in our new Tiguan.

They emailed me back to say they would be in London later this year and could fit it then. Hmmm, don't think I'll take the risk. Sounds like it's going to be mega $$$

The MMI unit alone is about £2000+++

Cheaper to find a car with it already installed unless you picked your car up for next to nothing.

Personally I don't see the point of CarPlay in a car which doesn't have a touch screen........
