Mine is now status 39 which I believe means it's now landed in the U.K.
Yep, me to. Spoke to dealer yesterday and they said that realistically it takes between 7-10 days to clear customs, make its way to the central Audi compound and then get transportation to the dealer organised.
Me tooMoved into paint shop this morning, assigned BW35.
Status 60 - On its way to the dealer!
"Navarra's boring" they said. "Bring back sepang" they moaned...It has arrived.
Ok so i take it that now my car has moved to assembly that there is actually a chassis number now? How do u go about getting this?

Thanks. Its not there yet will try in a few daysShould be at the bottom of the API code when you've opened up the youraudi tracker. It's one of the last pieces of code titled "vin"
You can use it to set up the car on the MMI Connect App prior to taking delivery of the car as well as registering the car against your account on the myaudi website after having noted the VIN/Chassis no.
On an unrelated note to the above, mine's finally arrived at the dealer as of yesterday Now the wait begins for me to go on holiday and come back before I can take delivery

Unfortunately not lol - I got excited too before I tested it. You can set the app up to recognise your car, but you'll still need to link it via the in car MMI first to complete the linkSo... can you use Audi Connect to find/track the location of the car...?

Aahhh cheers @CarloS3 ... but after setup you can see the location of your car on Audi Connect app on iPhone?
Yep should do whilst you have a live SIM for Audi Connect mate - Only problem is the reviews for the MMI Connect app are awful so whether or not they're individuals with a lack of tech-know how or it does genuinely suck remains to be seen
But they come with a built-in sim now, so should pretty much always have an internet connection...? I guess I'll need to start reading up on it!
Have you gone for the tech pack with connect?
Glasgow Audi sure knows how to pick a colour :-|
On the Q7 the embedded sim has no data limit and covers Google Maps etc but it doesn't allow you to hotspot. If you want to hotspot you need your own sim which then takes over and 'scraps' the Audi sim.
The MY17 Q7s also then have the checking of locked car etc via the app and in the car SOS buttons - now I don't what the new A3 will / won't do?
Either way it's a shocker hahaReally hope that was a customer order and not showroom order
