vr6 maf sensor on 1.8t agu

deos the vr6 maf sensor works on an agu engine?
i bought a complete vr6 mk3 maf sensor and housing can i use with out replacing the sensors?
they has same connection .
and the car is tuned for vr6 maf,

Use the VR6 housing just swap the sensor over from your stock MAF housing to the VR6 housing, its only 2 screws

Actual sensor will be different I believe... you tune is for the AGU sensor in a VR6 housing not a VR6 sensor in a VR6 housing

VR6 sensor will work fine.

Assuming you're getting it mapped to suit, just bang it in as is.

Been on a dyno to check fuelling?..

This is assuming the VR sensor is a different part number to the AGU one... if its the same then it should be ok but would still get it checked tbh

not on dyno.
the weird thing im reading max 152-153 g/s with vr6 sensor and agu sensor.
with the agu housing i could reach 187 and other tune.
the car feel stronger though

Thats the scaling thats off with the new MAF size.

G/S won't be a true figure, the bigger MAF is 1.29 times bigger than stock (crossectionally) off the top of my head.
