I use to get a warning sound when I left my head lights on upon opening the drivers door but I do not now.
I also use to get a warning sound when someone wouldn't fasten their seat belt but again, that has stopped now.
When I open the drivers door the lights still turn on inside.
The only thing that I have tried to do is register my old Audi key with the car (following instructions from youtube of putting the working key in the ignition, turning it two clicks then with the second key try locking and unlocking the car manually (key inside the door lock) which didn't work I might add. But I think that since then the warning noises seemed to have stopped working.
Any ideas? I have an A4 55plate!
