Speaker replacement - Concert unit

Hi all,

My car has the Audi Concert and the main speakers are making horrible distorted noises, they need replacing. So im asking what brand and spec of speakers have people replaced theirs with, also the sub on the back.

Can they be easily swapped - i know the BOSA and B&O systems its not so straight foward.
