S3 Instrument Cluster Startup Sequence/Needle Sweep ?

Just a quick one, does anyone know if its possible to enable the startup test on a 2001 S3 instrument cluster using vag.com like you can on some of the VW cars ? The thing whereby it does a needle sweep when you turn on the ignition is what I am talking about.

No m8 not in 8L. You might do only a output test but that's it.

As far as I am aware the 8L dash doesn't do it

You can change the way the dash/needles illuminate... all off, needles only, dials only and both on...

Bummer, I just wondered when I found you could do it on the output test. Thought maybe it could be activated for startup

I just read about the illumination tweaks yesterday, I might have a play with that actually as just now mine are fully lit all the time.
