S3 2009 spark plugs

I'm booked in for mapping and want to do a full service before, can anyone recommend spark plugs what's the best ones to get, I'm going stage 2

Stick with the stock plugs.

You don't need anything colder,or special,just change the stock ones more regularly(every 6-10k miles).
Mine still runs on the stock plugs.

Agree with the above I run these and are perfect!

Stock plugs are spot on, no need to change them unless you run silly power like 600bhp or something

Even then.

We tried colder plugs on mine.....didn't work.
