For pre-facelift cars.

This may be the answer for you guys with SE cars, looking projector headlights.

It says on the listing, not suitable for factory xenon cars.

Not sure how they get a bi-xenon style full beam from a normal halogen h7 bulb or h7 hid bulb lol

You get a bi-xenon style full beam the same way they do in a factory HID. There is a thin metal shutter that sits in front of the bulb and produces the beam pattern on low beam, this is moved out of the way on high beam.
Looking at the you tube video the LED's on the lights don't look very bright and the lights themselves won't be that good only using a H7 bulb instead of the factory HID bulb. A poor copy and they aren't cheap either. You could probably retrofit factory lights for not much more.
