Disclaimer: I have already searched for an answer but as my RNS-E is factory fit the majority of existing threads don't apply to my situation.

Clue is in the title really, I cant get any sort of decent FM radio reception in my car. Had the car from new and this is a fairly recent thing (I think..... I rarely listen to the radio). Car is 62 plate RS3.

Any ideas? Still under warranty but was hoping to not have to take the trip to the dealers as that may end in the purchase of the 8V RS3!

Thanks for any assistance you can offer!

Rear screen faulty, broken connectors, loose connectors, we've fixed these before, but use the warranty.

I'm sure I can find the issue & fix it & London excuse is rubbish.
