Rev counter acting strange

So when the car is running and i pump the brake pedal the car seems to rev up a little as the rev needle goes up slightly. I plugged vag com into the car today and checked the long and short fuel trims, again whilst pumping the foot brake the short fuel trim (think it was this one) hits upto +21% without pumping the brakes it sits at around -2.3%.

Would this indicate a vacuum leak on my brake system or am i just being paranoid

ok and would that explain the juddering/hesitation i get on pull away at low revs. Also audi contacted me today and i am eligible for the coil pack recall scheme
