Q7 Tow Bar Panoramic roof

Good evening all
Just purchased a Q7 2012 with a panoramic glass roof and I want to fit a tow bar for a Thule bike carrier.
I have searched the site but couldn't find any posts so I would be grateful if anyone could inform me if a tow bar can be fitted as all the sites I have visited state not for panoramic roof.

I'm having my tow bar fitted to my A5 next week so just took a look at PF Jones and all theirs state not for the panoramic roof.

I'm guessing this is because of the potential stress on the roof as it will be structural?

Might be worth giving your Audi dealer a call for advice?
