Q5 Q5 mk2 Tailgate

Unfortunately a very small dent has appeared on the tailgate of my q5 (just to the right of the four Audi rings) No idea how this has happened!

Does anyone know if the panel can be be accessed from the inside if the plastic trim is removed. Is it a double skin? No paint is damaged. Any advice would be appreciated.

If its just a small dent with no paint damage then the paintless dent removal guys will find a way to get it out....

Thanks, that is what I was hoping to do. Went to my local Bodyshop and said it would have to be filled and resprayed which seems OTT. They also wanted £450 for the pleasure. The dent is about the size of a two pence coin. I will give them a call when the weather gets a bit better.
