I have just gone to replace my breaks, first wheel off beauty, got to the hex bolts and gave it some welly and its just sheered in the caliper housing.

Upset is an understatement.

This is gonna get very expensive.

Sh*t do you give the bolt's a squirt with WD40 first.

Cant you remove the complete pust the caliper as far in as you can then grip the slider in a vice To free it off then you only need a slider

feel for you mate! i was lucky i did mine when it was freezing cold and my hex socket snapped!! so i put some heat on the mo fo! l

A squirt would be an understatement, i had the wheels off the night before and drenched them, then the next morning then got round to it and did the superman twisting steel punched the floor.

I knows, Its in Autohaus Werkshoppe now in cov, great guys always been good to me so we shall see what the damage is. Luckily though I get a car from work for the mean time while it is being fixed.
