Hey all my fob is damaged only the outside all the internals work I've been looking and like the newer style fobs that have a curve to them can I swap my parts over into them as mine is the older style the square key like the vw's

As I said in my post above... no... you will need to get a key coded... follow the link I posted and you can get one done like Gops...

As tuffty said! I got it from the Link above! I don't use the middle button however as mines a PREFACELIFT.

Internals probably wont fit, not really tried tbh.

internals don't fit. I've tried it. So you're only option if you want to repair your original remote is to get a new case the same as yours. Just make sure you get a case that holds the same type of battery
