Injector seating issues 2.0 tdi 170bhp.

Hi all,

Been having some issues with these injectors for a little while now, I just can't understand why they thought this design was a good idea, what was wrong with using a copper washer!?!

Has anyone else had this issue? Am I missing something? I've tried new bolts twisting the injectors as they tightnt up,new seals. Still deisel is leaking into the cylinders..

Maybe your cylinder head is cracked?

Hi thanks for that, that's what I originally thought so I replaced it! Still have the same problem with a new cylinder head and recon injectors.

I'm reading lots about people with deisel smoke after changing injectors even peippe who have had them changed at Audi dealer's. It's as iff they are like a 1 time seal or something..

So this is the tool I need, I can't seem to find it anywhere online, anyone have one I can borrow buy or know where I can get one? Cheers Dave.
