Frameless rear view mirror

Has anyone managed to swap their mirror with a frameless one from the new generation Audis? I can't find anything definitive

Specifically, I'm interested in the auto dimming variation

I have one to test, but on initial it possibly uses a different bus type & version to signal, hypothesising ATM as not had a chance to check wiring schematics.

The dimming mirror is self contained, it only takes power, so I think that will be OK

Not sure about the version with auto dipping headlight sensor though

Mostly interested in physically fitting over the sensor to the mounting on the glass. What version did you get?

Did you have a chance to check at all NHN? You mention canbus, do you have one of the versions with the high beam assist camera?
