Every car I have owned with electric windows that have a one-touch closing option (e.g hold close button for a little longer and window fully shuts on its own) have also had a safety function which stops the window from closing if there is an obsruction.
My car doesn't do this, or it doesn't work.

Just want to know if your windows stop if they sense an obstruction??

Its been on audis mate for VAG cars for many many years, so yours should be working, check your coding in your door modules, drivers is module 42 in vagcom, check its coded for pinch protection, if not then change this by subtracting 2048 from the current code, then roll window up with one touch then stick something in the path of glass, cardboard will do, see if stops & rolls down.

Thought as much. Would've been surprised if they didn't have such a basic safety function.
Must be something wrong with mine then
