I'd doubt you would notice a performance gain unless you previous ones were badly worn. They come in to their own by not needing changed as often, they last 80K IIRC.
I have installed NKG Iridium IX 2 months ago after experiencing misfires at idle quite often. After first replacing the ignition coils the misfires disappeared for a couple of weeks (no idea why) but returned on another cylinder so I went for new spark plugs although the old ones had about 25000km. The results were instantaneous, misfires disappeared and the engine runs a lot smoother at idle ever since. It also seems a bit more responsive in midrevs.
