started a few months back, when i start the car from cold and start driving down the road first gear isn't easy to get into and then second gear is harder to but also gets a slight crunch going into the gear. after about a mile or 2 it stops crunching and then when it's up to temp it will shift into all the gear perfectly also 3rd to 6th are perfect right from cold. Had the gearbox oil changed and i have just reset/aligned the gearlinkages.
im kinda thinking the synchros are ****** but not got that much knowledge on it. I know about the selector fork problem as well but im pretty sure that just snaps and there is no symptom before hand.
any info from others would be appreciated. Cheers
