Brake Conversion?

Hi all, I hope this is in the right place!

I'm looking to put bigger brakes on my b5 TQS, I have got a set of callipers and hangers from the mk1 TT, which are 312mm. If anyone has any experience with this, how straight forward of a job is this? Also does anyone have recommendations for disks and pads?

Piece of pie to do. Get yourself a set of discs from the 3.0 B6 A4. Pop them on and the TT carriers and drop your existing caliper in with a pad of your choice.
