All dash lights on (D3 W12)

Ok so I got in the W12 the other morning and was greeted by the following:

They stay on the entire time the ignition is on and while driving, they even stay on for a while after the ignition is off, key removed and car locked, once the car is locked they will eventually go out a few minutes later. This has happened for two days now, as far as I can tell the car is actually fine and everything works, just the dash lights constantly on.

Any ideas?

I'm going to try and VCDS it tomorrow, see if anything comes up.

Vcds will tell you for sure but I think the instrument cluster is knackered. Can't think of what else would cause that other than a fault with the instrument cluster

Managed to VCDS it today and the Light Check is faulty.
