Advice on fitting CC please

Hi Folks,

I have ordered a cruise control stalk for my 2008 A5 and I'm looking for some advice/help.

1. Is it possible to fit the CC stalk without removing the steering wheel? (has paddles)
If not, can anyone drop me a link to instructions.

2. Can I code it with the OBD11 Pro?
If coding is possible can someone drop me a link to instructions for that as well.
