Stuck DIS Cluster?

The trip computer in my S3 has gone AWOL. It is stuck on MPG and I cannot scroll through anymore to see miles till empty etc with the stalf buttons. I have tried disconnecting the battery but still stuck on that setting.

Anyone had this or resolved it? Thanks

Sounds like the stalk switch might be snafu, have you stuck vag-com on it ?
