help sourcing american front number plate holder

as the title says i want to find a american number plate holder or mayb german im not too sure what it looks lik tho i jus want my number plate taken away at the front i have tried audi and vw over here but they cannot source it from here anyone have any ideas where to get 1???

do u meen the numper palte delete ?
so theres no indent for a plate tell me what car ie s-line etc u got ill give the the part number
