How come

The B6 1.8T quattro has less power than the B5?

Unless i'm missing something the B6 is 163 and the B5 is 180

According to Parkers theres even a 150BHP quattro as well as the 163, on auto trader most of them are described as quattro 163?

I'm a bit confused by it, which turbo do they all have? Dont understand why they would feed four wheels with less power, usually they up the power

I'm curious because the B6 is in budget but the A3 has more power
