dumping air

just got back from my hols, yesterday got a blow out so had to get a new tyre, today the wifes company has gone bang so shes out of work and now got in the car tonight and my car sounds like ive had a dump valve fitted, when i accelerate and then clutch in to change gear the turbo is dumping just like a scooby only not quiet as loud, any help would be great

Check all the turbo/intercooler hoses under the bonnet sounds like one has popped off.

she seems a bit slugish mate and it seems to be heavier on fuel aswell, does this make sense.
i remember having same probs a couple of times years ago on my s3 but it was under warranty and i just took it in, didnt take any notice of what was wrong then.

Sounds to me that your N75 might need changing! VAGCOM it tonight and see if any errors pop up.
I had mine changed about two weeks after I got it as it showed an error on vagcom but no light was on the dash to say something anything was wrong.
