i've just seen a video on youtube of an a3 2.0tdi and on the dash when the car was accelerating there was a digital speedo where the mpg and avarage mpg readout normally is. can you set this up through the trip computer or is it a new feature??
Mine's an 07 and works like this, if you have DIS, press the thumb button on the underside of the right-hand stalk. Once takes you into computer 2, and twice takes you to the digital speedo read-out. I use this to set cruise control through average speed cameras etc...
