Well it's now 12 days since I ordered the suspension and it STILL hasn't arrived and I'm getting severely ****** off!! So much for 3-4 working days for delivery!
Venom are being absolutely usless! I've been phoning almost every day and just being given excuse after excuse "it's on it's way", "Weitec aren't answering their phones", "Give me your number and I'll get back to you". Of the 3 or 4 callbacks I've been promised they've not called me back once. I'm on the verge of telling them to stuff their suspension and ordering elsewhere. Ok so I'd have to wait another 4 working days for delivery but companies shouldn't be allowed to get away with such crap customer service. If it's not here by Friday I'm going to ask for my money back.
I've had to tell ABTech that I'll be in contact when I'm ready to proceed with the work and in the meantime I'm still driving round with a broken spring!
