a3 boost help

does anybody know what boost my a3 1.8t sport should be at on peak? its currently reaching roughly 0.3psi and to be honest i think its slower than a nova. just making a point there but it is patheticly slow. anybody give me any advice i.e how would i check if my actuator is weak?
its been stressing me out for a while now and we cant find a problem with it as it is running perfect apart from being slow? help please

I have a vw golf 1.8t 150bhp and its not throw you in the seat performance, but the turbo comes in at aprox 1800rpm, giving you more useable power, than throwing it all at you at the top end.

0.3 PSI I very much doubt, as surely your boost gauge doesn't read such small increments?

If you mean 0.3BAR, that would equate to around 4.5 psi, which is indeed much lower than it should be.

A standard 150bhp 1.8T should be running around 6-7psi at around 3000rpm, which will drop to around 5 at 6000rpm.
