any one any idea on what time Audi parts departments open??

Not sure what your Audi Dealers are like, but I prefer to chat to the parts blokes directly.....I find at Preston Audi you sit in their posh showroom....feeling sort of inferior as you actually have to buy a spare part for a car in excess of 1 year old, dealing with one of the immaculately dressed and very polite receptionists.....who comes out with a sheet of printed A4 paper showing the bit you want....
On the positive side I do love the cup of coffee and choccky biscuits whilst waiting ..

thanks caught them at 7:50 and got my new alternator pulley by 8:05 shame they wanted £225 for fitting it!! not sure on my bill from my specialist but i know the job was not started at 1pm and was being test drove at 14:30 so cant be to bad!
