Urgent help needed please

With my clutch problem, forums say master cylinder but i rang a garage up who is a speacialist and he thinks its the pressure valve between the master cylinder and slave cylinder,

the pressure valve is more expensive

Whats your thoughts, as i need to get this sorted asap

What pressure valve?

As far as I know the m/cyl connects directly to the s/cyl via the supply pipe.

I'd try and get a second opionion from anther garage mate to confirm what hes saying

The only other item I can think of would be a bleed valve. Perhaps he means that?

Was it clutch 'specialist' or an Audi/S3 specialist? In my opinion and experience, the cutch guys are a bunch of monkeys. I'd try an Audi specialists.

Your not going to belive it, i broke down and the AA had to tow me down, went to another garage before and he said master cylinder as its leeking,

and it was the lion garage in leicester, he kept saying he knows exactly what it is, "pressure valve, people think its the master cylinder but its the pressure valve"
