should i get a BOV

I run a Baileys with no issues at all.

As the Air is measured on intake, you will need a recirc (diverter) Valve. Otherwise intake air measurement will be totally wrong. Same with nearly All VAG cars.

Not sure how you got away with that Atomospheric Docurley

Cheers

Peter

P.S Baileys recirc is what mine is running, they are pretty sweet :) around £85 I believe.

if your just after the noise then go ahead with BOV if your after true performance then DV all the way

A dv will give you performance and the noise if you either drill a hole or two in the air box or if you get a custom cold air intake. A bov as far as I know only makes the noise but does nothing for performance. Get a DV and forget about the BOV! BOVS are for chavs who want to make their crappy car sound like its a performance crappy car lol

Both Can effect performance, there is long story to tell, One lets unused pressure release into atomosphere (PSSSHHH) which is a BOV.

And recirc reuses the air in system
and feeds it back to the system.

You need a DV< Recirc
