I run the DPX from Autofinesse simply because it is a nicely weighted DA polisher but it is corded and I have a rule on certain tools that work best corded v cordless. I do a lot of woodworking and there are certain tools that have a tremendous drain ( continuous ) that being cordless is a struggle. Of course batteries have come along way but I find certain tools are still best corded. Such as angle grinder, orbital sander etc, SDS drill. Same goes for polishers. As far as I am concerned the convenience of a cordless DA polisher is outweighed by the extra cost of the unit plus batteries ( you need two ) But it is entirely up to you , especially if you cant run an extension to the car for certain reasons. ( i.e live in a flat )
