S3 8L Boost Problems

Hi I have a 2000 s3 apy. It has;
-XS power exhaust manifold, 3-inch dp and decat pipe
-aftermarket cams from previous owner
the car feels down on boost. OBD eleven readings are 1830 millibars requested and 1830 millibars actual for full throttle 2nd gear followed by 3rd gear pulls. I believe this is lower than it should be? When cruising at 100kph in 4th and then downshifting to 3rd and putting my foot down the numbers read 1980 mb requested 2030 mb actual which seems more like it. I have replaced N75, checked for boost leaks and no codes are thrown up. ANY HELP PLS

Is it stock mapping? Those tubular XS manifolds are renowned to crack. I think stock apy are only ~12psi which is 850mbar.
