Gearbox Malefunction

Hello everyone
Few weeks ago i bought an Audi A4 2013 2.0 Diesel Quattro with 108.000km
Few days after i got it, as i was trying to go backwards, after i put it on R i got the car would hardly reverse even when i pressed the gas pedal then after i put it on D i got Gearbox Malfunction error.
The car wouldnt change/hardly change the gears, it would just go on 2-3k rpm and nothing. I stopped and turn the engine off. I started the car and it was gone and continued normally.
Then after a week same thing happend, i shut down the car, started it back again and it was normal.
Today it happend for the 3rd time same thing.
I took it to an independed audi mechanic and he said that there was no major error that would be a big problem related to the transmission and suggested a transmission fluid change and the filter.
Has anyone else had this kind of problem before and if yes i would appreciate if you share it and how you fixed it

Honestly, I didn't think a normal evening before bed could turn out like this. I was just flipping through my phone, wanted to unload a bit, so I went to Wild Casino, which is quite normal in Canada. Came across a slot with racing, purely for the fun of it. And here I'm spinning, playing, and then somehow everything starts to add up... I didn't realize it right away, but the balance has gone up a lot. In a couple of weeks I stand at the salon, look at my future Audi A4 2022 - and I understand where the legs grow from. I didn't believe in such stories before, so now I'm telling mine.
