Knocking noise just been garage for cv

Been having a knocking noise for a few months, it only happens steering right or over 60mph. I’ve just had a new driveshaft and track rod installed and on the way back had a few bends and a straight and it’s still making the noise, like a knocking rattling noise, is there any other parts I.e suspension or steering I should be looking around ? Thanks for any replies

Makes a knocking noise when I grab wheel 9-3 o’clock and give it a wobble if that helps, hard to get time without car with work

Thanks mate I’ll get em to look at it and the random oil pressure that’s started coming after that cam tensioner got done
