Had a result and thought I would share.
When I got my car I got the Audi dongle. While setting the app up I was unable to look at the service section. So I contacted Audi who said it was because the car was not in my name. Sorted that and looked at service plans. During this the page said my car already had a plan. Back to Audi this time to Audi financial services. MyAudi finance.co.Uk
I had to send a photo of driving licence and log book. They got back to me saying I had a major and minor service left on the plan and did I want it. I said yes and today have had a letter confirmation. I called to check they where free which they are. She also said quite a few cars have them, they stay with the car till they expire.
So worth look. Wanted to share in case anyone is lucky. Cheers.
