Hi all my brother has a 2006 a4 avant estate the problem he has is there is no power going to the heater unit so the heaters wont work or the ac the unit will not light up as well so no power going to it, he said he has checked the fuses but not sure what he is up to so could someone tell me the location please and the fuse number so i could have a look, if the fuses is ok would anybody have a clue on what the problem could be thanks for any help

Thanks all turned out the ac fuse was missing put back in all the haeters and everything all working thanks for your help.
Sorry for the late reply we have not got a clue my brother has been running the car around since the fuse went in, told him to switch ac on low and high as well as the heaters use all the settings and no problems at all just a bit of a strange one.
