Does any1 av any idea what the sound is in video , have heard it in car for a while now and haven't a clue if its something to do with the AC unit or coming from engine , only other thing i have heard like the noise is a Diesel engine . Do you have a diesel engine?

I think you'll have to do it again without moving, the loudest noises are you fidgeting. Try uploading it to youtube.
