Please help what is this part called? or what could be the part number.

Looking for some help please son has a 2007 a3 tdi 170bhp sline and we are trying to find out the name or the part number of the part in the pic in the photo below. What we are trying to find out is the material strip that has been highlighted in red which runs under the rubber seal by the scuttle panel thanks for any help.
