s3saloon alternator replacement

hi have s3 saloon have started take ng alternator off but will not come out any suggestions on what to do

In what way won't come out? Do you mean you can't release it from the pivot mount or there's physically not enough room to pull it out?

thks for ur reply theres no room to pull it out would i have to remove inlet manifold or is there another way thks
