Hi all,
Had an intermittent ESP light coming on in my 2008 S3 8p. I was assuming this was because the battery was a little low in the cold weather. However, last night had to brake hard to avoid hitting a deer which sprinted out in front of me. Car drove fine immediately after that on the few miles home. Now this morning there was a clunk sound from the drivers-side front wheel as I moved off and I realised quite quickly that the car was pulling to the right. I'm wondering if the brake was somehow sticking. (The car has not had much use over the winter). I scanned it with VCDS and got the following codes:

and

1 Fault Found:
00448 - Haldex Clutch Pump (V181)
014 - Defective - Intermittent
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I suspect the latter (Haldex error) was triggering the intermittent ESP light on the dash but the ABS error looks more worrying. Is there anything obvious I can check here? Any pointers would be gratefully received!
