Noise from brakes

I have 2018 A3 e tron, recently bought and there is an annoyning sound coming from the brakes. It sounds like there is some dirt on the pads/rotors, and the sound is more noticeable when the car has been sitting for a while. I live in Norway and the salt they use on the road does cause a lot of dirt gathering on the car and I guess the brakes themself. I’ve done some hard braking from high speed to try to «clean» the brakes, and it gets less noticeable, but the sound is still there. The pads/rotors looks good.
Any advice?

Have you tried pushing the dust cover away from the rotor? If you push hard top and each side it can help release trapped gravel etc...
I used to get a similar noise on my Type-R brakes due to the large spoke alloys, small gravel / stones can sometimes get stuck between them.
