Hi Everyone, i have a 106000 mile a3 2.0 tdi quattro, 2011 Black edition
I have searched on here and elsewhere online and see a number of threads about removing the slop in the gearknob. Mainly by replacing the bushes on top of the gearbox but I did see one about the linkage under the gearknob. I cant find that one again now though.
Loads of the threads are old and the links are either broken or the photos dont come up. Has anyone done this lately and point me in the direction of good parts provider (pref OEM - will try TPS but still would prefer to call them armed with part numbers) and complete threads.
Specifically if anyone has replaced the push under the gear knob from inside the car as no matter what I search I cannot find the thread I saw before.
