Coolant pipe leak

I have a small coolant leak on my 2014 S3 in the plastic Y pipe that comes off the water pump (which was replaced 2 weeks ago).
Has anyone else had this leak? Does anyone have the part number for the hard plastic Y pipe coming off the top of the water pump on a 2014 S3? Mine has a small leak in the Y. Happy with the Audi or VW number.

The pipe completely split on me today and I needed a tow home. Anyone have a parts diagram for the 8v?
