Please can anyone help?
I’ve got Audi TT 2011 convertible. It’s been making a popping sound.
The sound comes from front right wheel. It pops when I start the car. And it pops at low speeds, up to 30mph. It’s a pop sound that pops IN and OUT, you can hear a slight difference. IN when you accelerate, OUT when it slows down. The car seem to ‘jump’ not literally, I’m not sure how to explain it when that does happen. For example if the pop goes IN and I’ll drive over 30mph, it won’t pop ‘OUT’ until I slow down to around 30mph. I’ve noticed that when that car is cold or it’s a cold weather it does it all the time, but when it warms up it’s very now and then. I’ve took it to two different garages, and everyone says that visually, it all looks fine. The only thing they determined is the fact that it comes from the front driver side wheel (when you’re in the car it sounds like it’s the back)
