Has anyone noticed that Audi has very slightly changed the two power pins from horizontal to vertical orientation in the door modules with hardware version F and higher so that plug from the older harness no longer fits - all other pins and plug shapes look identical (see attached photo) - I wonder why they do that? I wonder if they actually changed the pin layout so this subtle change is to stop plugging these newer modules into the older cars that use the same module. Does anyone have access to the pin diagram for the door modules for the different hardware versions? was just wondering. It makes want to run direct cables from one of these new modules into the old harness to see if they still work, purely for testing purposes
